1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product or service offered by BhartiyaSaaS Software Labs ("we", "us", "our"), including any software product available at bhartiyasaas.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply equally to all users — individuals, businesses, and organizations.

2. About the Company

BhartiyaSaaS Software Labs is a registered Indian technology company headquartered in Ichalkaranji, Maharashtra. We design, develop, and operate cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for businesses across multiple industries in India.

Our software products are listed on our website at bhartiyasaas.in and may be updated, added to, or discontinued over time.

3. Our Services

We provide subscription-based software products delivered over the internet. Our products are designed for business use and may include features such as data management, payment processing, document generation, user management, and reporting — depending on the specific product you subscribe to.

Features, pricing, and availability of each product are described on the relevant product page on our website. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@bhartiyasaas.in if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts under Indian law.
  • One account per business entity. Creating multiple accounts for the same organization is not permitted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or services to:

  • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
  • Process, transmit, or store data in an unlawful manner
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works from our software
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software into our systems
  • Gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our internal systems
  • Violate the privacy or rights of any third party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Access to our paid products requires a valid subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
  • All subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Payments are processed securely through a certified third-party payment gateway. We do not store full card or UPI credentials.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • We may revise our pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of your account.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data, content, and information you create or upload within our products. By using our services, you grant BhartiyaSaaS Software Labs a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

We will never sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with unauthorized parties. Your data belongs to your business — always.

8. Intellectual Property

All BhartiyaSaaS software products, including their design, code, brand identity, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of BhartiyaSaaS Software Labs. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or build upon our products without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability for all our products. Planned downtime for maintenance will be communicated in advance.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
  • Free-tier accounts may have lower availability guarantees compared to paid plans.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under applicable Indian law, BhartiyaSaaS Software Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees you have paid us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our platform or other users.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
